Automated Multi-Tank Ultrasonic Cleaner With Cleaning, Agitation, Drying Functions

The automatic cleaning machine we have developed, adopts a PLC system in automatic cleaning. The machine has five functions: ultrasonic cleaning, cold or hot water spraying, drying and greasing. The clinical applications show that the machine with a good effectiveness is suitable for the cleaning of many surgical instruments. The entire process of putting the basket into the cleaning tank, removing the basket and moving the basket between the tanks is automatically completed by a single-arm manipulator. This ultrasonic cleaning machine has a total of 3 working tanks, plus 1 loading and unloading station, a total of 4 stations .
